Depending on the pest service, Taylors Pest Services offers a Service Warranty.
Taylors Pest Services we take pride in our service, and ability to solve your problems. If we haven’t done so then we want to know!

In some cases it is not possible to foresee every problem at a first visit - so we need to work with you until your problem is solved.

This means that if you regularly see or experience problems with any pest covered under our Service Warranty, then we are only too happy to come back as soon as possible to address your concerns.

TimberSafe/Sure®

TimberSafe/Sure® is the way for homeowners to feel safe and secure against damage that may be caused by termites. It is a 12 month warranty underwritten by Pacific International Insurance, which covers the homeowner for up to $100,000 damage in the event of a termite attack.

To take advantage of this warranty simply have Taylors Pest Services carry out a termite inspection on your property at our normal low cost, then providing we don’t find termites or signs of termite activity, we can offer you the Timbersafe/Sure warranty for only $100. Giving you peace of mind that should you renovate and discover termite damage or should your home be attacked by termites within the next 12 months, you are covered for up to $100,000. There is no excess to pay and thewarranty also allows for treatment to stop termites coming back.

The Timbersafe/Sure® Warranty Cover is available for both residential and commercial premises, it covers all structural and decorative timbers, and “make good” repairs and a termite management program. Your Timbersafe/Sure® Warranty can be renewed each year by having a further inspection. If conditions look like they may be attractive to termites, you fix the problems. Then your Timbersafe/Sure® Warranty will keep you protected again.

Your program commences with a thorough termite inspection and a comprehensive written report. If no termites or evidence of termites are found on the property and there are no conducive conditions for termite attack, then you may be offered the TimberSafe/Sure Warranty.
If termites, evidence of termites or conducive conditions are found then after any remedial recommendations have been implemented, you may still be offered a Warranty.
The Timbersafe/Sure Warranty is available for the life of the house following annual inspections and implementing any recommendations of the inspector. back to top
